How It Works

1. Prepare your ingredients – place the required amount inside the Catalyst Tray.
2. Insert the temperature probe – position it according to the instructions in the owner’s manual.
3. Close the tray – secure the lid to help contain odours during the process.
4. Set the oven and timer – follow your recipe or the recommended temperature and time in the manual.
5. Monitor the temperature – use the digital thermometer to maintain accurate, consistent heat.
6. Cool and continue – carefully remove the tray, allow it to cool, and use the prepared ingredients in your preferred infusion recipe.
