Delivery Information

Orders placed before 3:00 pm NZDT will be dispatched to CourierPost on the same day depending on stock availability. Orders placed after 3:00 pm will be processed and dispatched to CourierPost on the next business day.

Orders placed on Friday will be dispatched to CourierPost to be delivered on Monday.

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched to CourierPost to be delivered on Tuesday.

Orders placed on a public holiday will be dispatched to CourierPost on the next business day.

We use CourierPost Overnight Delivery Service for all orders. We will try our best to despatch your orders within 10 business days after the day your order is received by us and you have received confirmation of your order from us via email or equivalent. We are not responsible for any failure to deliver or delay in delivery caused by any event outside of our reasonable control.

In the event that we fail to deliver any products, you may elect to cancel your order in respect only of the products not delivered unless we have contacted you and you have agreed to delivery at a later date.

Where we fail to deliver or delay delivery of your order or part of your order or where any loss is incurred by you in relation to such delivery and is within our control, our liability shall be restricted to payment of the cost of replacing the order or part of the order, as we may determine (in our sole discretion).

Advice regarding order shortages or damage in transit must be given to our customer service team no later than three days after receipt of products.

Delivery is complete when the products reach the address you have specified for delivery. We will be responsible for arranging the delivery of products unless you arrange otherwise with us.

Nothing in these terms entitles you to return the products as being surplus to your needs, or for any other reason other than set out herein.

Parcel not received:

If your parcel has been marked as delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours from the time it has been marked as delivered.
  2. Please check around your property to ensure that it may not be left out of sight.
  3. Please allow up to 10 working days from the time that you have contacted as an investigation will be opened
    with Courier Post.
    • As the delivery is made by Courier Post, we cannot ship a replacement parcel until Courier Post has completed their investigation. Our team will keep you updated once the investigation has been completed.
    • Failure to notify us within the required timeframe will result in Courier Post not being able to accept a claim/investigation. No refunds, replacements, or credits will be provided by us should this occur.
  4. iv. If you wish to dispute any outcome by Courier Post Investigation, please contact them directly.

Shipping prices for glass products are slightly higher as they require special protective packaging.

  • South Island (Rural) – from $20

All Other Products

  • North Island – from $7 for Overnight Shipping*
  • North Island (Rural) – from $10
